Is this a physical product?

No. This is a digital download, and no physical print, frame, or decorative item will be shipped. After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to the downloadable artwork files.
What files will I receive?

How do I download my files?

After your payment is confirmed, your download link will be available through your order confirmation page or sent to the email address used at checkout.

Select the download link and save the files to your computer, tablet, or mobile device. For easier file management and printing, downloading from a computer is recommended.
What should I do if I do not receive my download?

First, check your email inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder for your order confirmation and download email.

Also confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct. If you still cannot access your files, contact us with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Where can I print the artwork?

You may print your artwork:

For the best results, use high-quality matte, heavyweight, or fine art paper. Professional printing is recommended for larger sizes.
What type of paper should I use?

For a clean and modern appearance, we recommend heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock.

Can I resize the files?

The files are prepared for the sizes listed in the product description. You may be able to print them slightly smaller while maintaining the same proportions.

Printing at a different aspect ratio may crop or distort the artwork. Contact us before purchasing if you need a size that is not included.
Can I print the artwork in a different size?

Yes, provided the requested size uses the same aspect ratio as one of the included files. A professional print shop may also help you resize the artwork while preserving its quality.

Large enlargements beyond the included dimensions may reduce image quality.
Will the printed colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Printed colors may vary slightly from the colors displayed on your screen. Differences can result from monitor settings, printer type, ink, paper, and printing service.

Does the frame come with the artwork?

Can I use the artwork commercially?

No. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, all artwork is for personal use only.
